The Twos Program

The UCNS Twos Classes meet two mornings each week, and consists of eight students and two teachers. Children must turn two by October 31 to be eligible for this program. 

Schedule:
Both Twos Classes meet from 9:15 to 11:45 a.m.

The Threes Program

The UCNS Threes Classes meet three mornings per week. We have two classes of Threes, lead by teachers and nine children (max). Children must be 3 by December 31 and be toilet-trained to participate in this program.

Schedule:
Both Threes Classes meet on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Fours Program

The UCNS Fours Class meets five days a week, and while the class number varies from year-to-year, the student-teacher ratio is 6:1. Children must turn be toilet-trained to participate in this program.

Schedule:
The Fours Class meet on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and on Fridays from 9:15am to 12:00 p.m.

The Pre-K (Fives) Program

Our “Kindergarten Readiness” program is for children who have completed one year of a Fours class, but need more time before heading off to kindergarten. Our Pre-K curriculum dovetails with the Four’s curriculum, building on prior knowledge and developmentally appropriate skills. Many themes are used to integrate the subjects of language arts, math, social studies, science, and social skills.

Schedule:
The Fives Pre-K Class meets from Monday to Thursday from 9:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 9:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Offered 2 days a week: Wednesdays for our Threes and Fours; Friday for our Threes, Fours and Fives.
